Public trial
Open trial domains can be used without registration. The public trial is for testing receipt and has no business-message unlock charge.
Clear pricing, before confirmation
The mailbox selector and unlock confirmation show the price that applies to your account, domain and business. These amounts take precedence over general examples.
Registered mailboxes
General mailboxes show any application fee when you create them. Business mailboxes show the receiving period, any required reservation and the unlock price before activation.
Business message unlock
For business mailboxes, pay once for the same business within the same mailbox. A different business has a separate unlock price, shown before confirmation.
Reserved credits and a payment are different
A reservation temporarily reduces your available balance and can offset the selected business’s unlock charge. It is not an extra unlock fee. The confirmation shows how much is covered and how much more is needed. If activation fails, that attempt’s reservation is released.
What does “0 credits due” mean?
No additional credits are deducted at that confirmation. The business may be free, already paid for, or covered by reserved credits. Check the price breakdown for the reason.
Recharge with the exact amount shown
For a wallet recharge, enter the coin quantity you want to send, with up to four decimal places. The order shows the same quantity and its credit value. Use the specified asset and network, and send exactly the displayed amount. For variable-price coins, review the quoted credit value before confirming.
