How to receive your first email
Keep your inbox page open while you complete the steps on your target platform.
Choose your mailbox
Create an account, choose the platform you need, and review the available domain, receiving period and price. Confirm to activate the mailbox.
Copy the email address
After activation, copy the assigned full email address. A saved, inactive inbox link is not yet an email address.
Request the email
Enter that address on your target platform and request its verification or notification email.
Return and read
Return to the inbox and check for new mail. If a message is locked, review the detected business and credit amount, then confirm to open it.
Chose the wrong business?
Messages can still be identified by their actual business. When a different business is detected, the inbox shows its unlock price. Confirm that price to read the message.

Check that you entered the full address correctly and requested the email on the target platform. Then check your inbox again. If it still does not arrive, contact support with the mailbox address and platform name.
